You can take it to a tire shop that has a tire pressure system tool and have them reprogram the car to read the sensors. It does nothing to change the pressure reading from the sensor. Each sensor broadcasts an ID signal and a pressure signal to the car. The reprogramming of the car basically tells it where the sensor is located and allows the car to receive the broadcast from that specific sensor. The reprogramming shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.
The only thing reprogramming will do is tell the car where each tire sensor is located on the car; i.e. RF, LF, RR, and LR. If there is some other problem it may be a malfunctioning tire sensor or something more serious.
I thought the OP was asking about the TPS, (throttle position censor) not the TPMS. He/she needs to clarify their question with some additional details to narrow the problem down.
thanx pro
my problem the tire pressure sensors give a 3 tire read 228 & 232 & 238 & xxx
i bay 1 new sensor from gm but it give me xxx
how to reprogram it pleeeeeez
BTW - that tool in the video in the post above (or some other TPMS/tire sensor tool that transmits a radio frequency) is required in order to trigger the sensors in a 2005-2009 C6.
However, the 2010 and newer C6 has a different TPMS computer in the car that uses different tire pressure sensors in the tires. The 2010+ tire pressure sensors DO NOT need a tool!!
The 2010+ sensors can be triggered by changing air pressure in the tire during the relearn procedure to program the sensor ID#s into the TPMS.

I'll take the tool, its less expensive than a compressor...LOL
