Replacement Rotors
I have an '06 Coupe that needs the rotors turned. Rather than spend the money doing this, I thought I'd go with new drilled and/or slotted rotors for the look and performance. I'm not looking to spend a lot of money as this car is primarily a daily driver.
I'm looking for suggestions.

I just changed the pads and rotors myself. I went with the premium slotted rotors from R1 Concepts, they were about $360 for all four rotors. I'm using EBC Red pads. So far so good! Rotors appear to be of good quality and the centers are painted black so there will not be any rust showing.

You could get Baer Eradispeed+two (2 piece) rotors which are designed to replace stock rotors.

Put an WTB ad in the for sale section. I'll bet someone will sell you stock rotors cheap. Many pull them off to replace with Z51, ZO6 or other drilled and slotted rotors.
When I purchased my 2006 with D&S rotors I was offered the stock rotors by the seller. He could not fing a buyer.
