I had a bunch of air brushed parts installed yesterday, and had the car lowered on stock bolts (will post pics soon) and today I noticed a message of "ABS Activated." Should I be concerned? Thanks!
The car is a 2009 Z06

Does it say that all the time or was it just 1 time. It means that for whatever reason the
car went into an ABS event. If it was a 1 time thing, you may have just lost a little traction
on 1 wheel while braking. Nothing to be concerned about unless it happens all the time or it says service abs system.
Did you get an alignment after lowering the car? I could see if the tires were not making proper contact with the roadway after messing with the suspension, that traction while braking could be reduced.
In your original post, you appear to be linking the installation of parts and the lowering of your car to the warning.
I did not take from your post that it was a momentary event. As others have said, if it was just while braking once then no big deal.
If you actually suspect something changed after doing work, get it checked out. Don't fool around with your brakes. They are sort of important.
Yeah, it just happend once and I am not sure if it is coincidence or not, but I have never seen the message. They are a well respected shop and I will give them a call tomorrow.

I was advised that I needed to wait two weeks until the car settled,
It just happened one time as far as i know, and yes I do think it was after braking. I don't remember losing traction or sliding upon stopping.
In a situation like you described you might not notice it. One wheel may have hit a slightly slippery spot on the road surface (oil, coolant, etc) and the ABS kept if from locking up instead of the wheel coming to a stop on that spot and then spinning up again after it slid over it. The ABS allowed the wheel to rotate just enough to maintain steering control and to provide some braking at a reduced level.
Even a small bump where the tire lifted off the pavement for just an instance could have activated ABS without your knowing it.

Thanks guys! The next time I drive it I will let you know how things are going. I am looking forward to posting pics of it lowered and the under the hood air brushed stuff!

Another example is if you are going down the road, hit the brakes while a wheel is on a manhole cover the tire on the manhole would most likely lock up causing ABS to take over and modulate brake pressure to that 1 wheel. Same thing happens if you hit a patch of gravel, sand, etc. I think what you saw was normal.
