Targa crack

I have an 06 c6 with a clear targa it started making popping noises,then friday i waxed the car at work everything was fine,then when i got home i noticed about a 1.5 inch crack in it center above the drivers door,i read about the popping problem but has anyones cracked like this

Correct. Our 2006 had three transparent tops crack, each within 4k miles of installation, before we finally got a good one that lasted the next 20k until we sold the car. Ours were replaced under warranty but you probably need to get out your wallet.
