Default Chicklets Adhesive

Not a Corvette-specific question but I'm sure someone here knows...a 'chicklet' on my Yukon has come loose. What is a good adhesive to use to secure it?

Seems there is a thin foam-type backing, or maybe it is just a thick tape. Cannot tell...anyone know how those are secured to the paint?

Thanks...Mark

It's double faced foam trim tape, same stuff used for body side molding's and most other emblem's. Commonally availible at auto part's store's such as Auto Zone. Make sure you clean all the old adheasive off the surfaces, before applying the new tape. There's better product's for this, but household paint thinner works fine if you work at it a bit.

Ahhh, beautiful...the forum rarely disappoints.

As it turns out, I have a couple of additional GM chicklets. While my GS did not arrive with chicklets I have seen a couple of pictures with them. I'm one of the few that actually likes them on the Vette. Probably will put them on. I know that topic has been discussed ad nauseum on the forum...but hey, what's the forum for???

Many thanks...
