Dead Battery on new 2010 C6 Corvette

Congrats on your new C6!
Yes, get a good battery tender, like the CTEK 3300. Or for ~twice the price you can get the same thing with a Corvette logo...
The ERI is an optional accessory for the 2011 C6.
BTW, if you decide to disconnect the battery's negative terminal, be careful not to lose the nut. It's a cone-shaped specialty item. And IIRC you have to order the cable & clamp assy just to get the nut.
Anyway, you only need to loosen the nut to disconnect the negative terminal -- no need to remove the nut.
Also, you'll need to re-index your windows whenever you disconnect the battery. Very easy to do, described in your manual. It should be the only thing you need to re-initialize.

first find out if there is a slow drain on the battery,
second if there is no drain you need a need battery,,,
here is mine after 4 months of being unplugged,no tender,

Same problem exactly!!
For what it's worth, the battery on my 2010 GS failed at approximately 3 months and 300 miles, two weeks after coming out of storage.
All that happened when I hit the on button was the infamous click-click-click sound. The battery voltage would drop below 10VDC immediately.
The actual battery seemed to take a charge fine, however it was unable to output any current to the starter.
I had my 1.25A battery tender connected all the while from January until early April.
The first time in my life I had to use a set of jumper cables to start one of my vehicles.
My dealership replaced the battery under warranty and I haven't had any issues since with 1,500 miles on the DIC.
I wish you early resolution to your issue.

CCTEK 3300 versus CTEK US 3300 ??
Do you know the difference between the two? Are they the same? Also, do you know the company who sells with the Corvette emblem?? Thanks for your help. Dennis
