Maintenance in Austin
I need to take in my baby for some oil and a general check up.
I've only had my car serviced in Dallas, and I'm looking for a good shop/dealership in Austin.
I started reading reviews online, and I have found a bunch of complaints. I know where the bad ones are- where are the good ones?

Another vote for Don Hewlett in Georgetown, ask for Rick he'll take care of you. By far the best service I've ever had from a dealer. Had a broken visor, rear end chatter, weatherstripping on top, wobbly balancer, and infamous 07 oil leak all fixed no questions asked all covered under warranty, and while they were replacing the balancer the line tech found a slight leak in my powerstearing hose, overnighted a new hose so I could pick the car up on time. I go there for oil changes as well, never an issue and techs are also careful with my car including using wood blocks on the lift ramps to avoid damage to rockers.
