Need help

I'm having a problem. I have an 08 pace car conv. and have a front tire that I need to replace and can't seem to find one. Dealers been unable to locate the tire. Seems it is back ordered by Goodyear. The tire is a Eagle F1, P245/40ZR18 supercar 88Y. I'm stuck with 3 nail punctures and need to find a replacement asap. Anyone or perhaps any dealer that reads the forum have access to where one would be available. Thanks. Bill in Central Fl.
