Color question
JSB convertible. Should it have a black top and black interior, or a tan top and a black and tan interior?
Discussing with friend of mine who's going to buy, and both us have no "style sense" when it comes to which color tops etc should be used on convertibles.
But I figured I could rely on my ragtop friends here. . . .

Are you asking what looks best or what is available?
I believe that with that body color a black, gray, or beige top is available. At least in 08 it was. I bet most have gone with black, but the grey might be interesting. Why not ask for pictures?

Hadn't thought of a grey top.
As far as asking what looks better or what's available. . . I think the answer would be both. I think he's only thinking of black or tan for the top.
Anybody have pics of both (I honestly don't know if tan is even offered with JSB)?

The tan top looks very good with the JSB, and two-tone cashmere and black interior looks absolutely fantastic with the JSB. The black top and black interior is certainly a safe choice, but it doesn't set the car apart as well as the tan. If your in a sunny, hot area the black seats can be very hot to sit down on. My .02

gray top for sure. possibly consider 4lt interior with the dark titanium. or the ebony / titanium with <3lt or just an ebony interior.
given all of the people who adore jsb, i am surprised nobody has posted pictures of their baby.

There are only 3 colors for top choices: tan, black and gray. Seats have single colors, two tones, and more if you buy various packages such as 4LT. One thing you can do when ordering to get colors you want that would not necessarily be allowed is to use the "D30 Color Combo Override". What that allows you to do is combine body color, top color and seat color that you want.

A vote for black top. Every time I see one I think WOW! Reminds me of a 60's Marina blue Sting Ray

I don't have a convertable but JSB with the Ebony/Titanium interior is the schnizzle
