Default Back from Spring Mountain

I was at Spring Mountain Driving School last week. Wife set it up for my 50th B-Day. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. I was lucky, the class was small. The instructors, Rick, JJ, and Victor were great. Went there with my wife and daughter (10), and all had a great time. The instructors went out of their way to make it a real family experience. If you can, take the family, facility is great with a pool, work out area, and more on the way. Suggest staying in a condo at the track, very nice!

If you have any questions, e-mail me.

Thanks wife, I love you!

Hi Chalie,

Spring Mountain is located about 45 minutes from Las Vegas. We are home to the Ron Fellows Performance Driving School where, using our Corvettes, you can learn how to take these impressive cars to the limit.

We have various levels of schools but most people start with our Level 1 Corvette Driving School. This class begins with the basics such as heel-toe downshifting, threshold braking, Visual Scanning, Corner Preparation and transitions you to full on, High Performance driving on our 2.2 mile road course.

The 3-day Level 1 School costs just $3695 but Corvette Forum members get a 10% discount.

Spring Mountain is also home to Club Spring Mountain which is the premier Motorsports Country Club, where members get dedicated track time to drive their own cars on our track which consist of over 3.5 miles of road course. The Club features an 8,000 square-foot resort-style clubhouse that includes plush seating, locker rooms, fitness center, pool, jacuzzi, business center, wireless internet, 9 plasma TVs with feeds from the track, pool table, poker table, indoor racquet ball court and indoor gun range just to name a few. We also have a massage therapy room with on call therapist. If you plan on bringing family, you won't find a more comfortable and inviting environment.

While a student, you are treated as a member. You have access to our all our club amenities, including the opportunity to stay right on track in our "condos"

Spring Mountain is truly a place you must see to appreciate. I think any CF member who has been here would agree.

Feel free to PM or email me if you have any questions.

Ken

I took the level 1 class in August of 2009

Was the best car related investment I have made. I use my new skills every day and in all my cars.

Still need to work on my heel toe skills ....
