Car went to dealer and now my g-meter on HUD seems off. It is way over to the right where it starts to read. Is there a way to recalibrate or center the meter back out?

Hmmm, that's interesting. As you are probably already aware, there is no lateral adjustment for the display from the dash board switch, only up or down. It seems to me that the HUD projector itself would have had to move to cause this. Was your dealer working inside the dash area in the vacinity of the HUD? Maybe the tech working on your car took it loose to get to something in the vicinity and neglected to snug it back down. There are three mounting points for the projector, font left side and right side nuts screwed onto studs and a single leg at the back with one bolt through the leg held by a nut. Don't see how it could move unless one of the legs came off a stud. All I can think of.
I'll try to get a picture. Everything looks completely normal. The bar looks normal when not turning. Just when turning it looks like the meter part that moves isn't center on the graph. It starts registering further over. They didn't work in the dash at all. Just dosconnected the battery to work on the seat.
I must be retarded because I sure cant figure out where to load pictures. I only get options to put a hyperlink... I put them under my corvette photos. See if that works for yall after it is approved.
