I purchased a batt. disconnect and have always placed it on the
negative (ground) term. in the past. But the version I purchased
had a small fused jumper attached which I assume is to maintain
the memory accessories when the "wheel" is screwed loose to make a disconnect. This I assume would mean you would place it on the positive term. Any comments, ideas, opinions out there?

I purchased at the Charlotte Car Show and as with a great deal of parts being sold by vendors there, no instructions provided ........ I had assumed that the "small wire jumper would allow a "SMALL" drain on the batt. vs. the "LARGE" amount of drain that would be experienced through the main cable. Does size matter in this case?
Some of you electrical guys out there I'm sure can elobrate .......

If its just a fuse and wire it will make no difference on the drain. The fuse will just trip the first time you forget about it and try to start the car.

Given the nature of general Corvette battery issues, I'd never hook anything to my Corvette's battery that didn't have clear instructions and a recommendation or two from CF. But that is just me...
