Cruise control quit on the way back from Carsile. Worked fine for the first 1600 miles. Started up for the last leg home and the cruise was dead. Turned the off/on switch a few times and no response. Nothing on the DIC. Checked the cruise switch fuse; and it's OK. Heard there are two fuses for the cruise circuit, but cannot find the 2nd. Help.
Posted this on the Tech forum and got some response but most said they had the BCM replaced.
This is the second time this has happened. The first time the dealer mechanic said there was a solenoid stuck and he just sprayed silicone on it as per GM instructions. However I have been told there are no solenoids on the 07 c6's.
If anyone has an idea for a fix for this problem it would be greatly appreciated. Of course my warranty and the dealership that fixed it the first time are no longer in effect.

Update:
Although I haven't found the second fuse for the cruise; I did disconnect the batt for about 15 min. as was suggested by one of the guys here on the forum. That did the trick and my cruise is back. Yea!!
