Default What Gas

Hey Guy's Thanks for all the wonderful wishes that have been posted. It's getting close to re-filling my gas tank and was wondering what brand of premium fuel you guy's find works best on these baby's? thanx

Mileage Stations, Tri-Par Oil Co., Mobil, Turkey Hill Minit Markets, U.S. Oil

I was able to find 100 Octane Racing Gas here in San Diego. 8.99 per gallon. I put 40$ worth in my GS and I cant say I am seeing any "huge" improvement in performance....at least not 8.99 per gallon worth of improvement.

Default Pump Gas

I use Shell 93 octane exclusively. Chevron premium (with Techron) is also good.

I would use Chevron because of the Techron but I have no stations close. I use Exxon because its there. Fortunately, in VA we have 93 octane everywhere.

I use a neighborhood place down the street to fill either, the Z06, the motorcycle, or the gas can for the mower. Happens to be fairly inexpensive too.

Phillips 66 94 octane, no ethanol first choice, Conoco 93 octane, no ethanol second choice.

Yep. I never really went out of my way for the so called 'special' gas. It runs the same from the local gas station as well as the top tier, in most cases, it from the same refinery. If anyone is worried just put a bottle of Techron in the tank every 3-5K miles.
