I had scraped my painted rim at Carlisle on my GS. I just visited with a nice man named Eric this morning who fixed my rim in 45 min. He was doing some work at a local dealer and told me to come over. He had everything in the back of his truck. He first buffed out the scrape and then he matched the paint and cleared the wheel. The wheel had the tire mounted and was on the car. You can't see the repair and it was only $75. I no longer have to look at the scrape.
It was hard to enjoy myself at the party after I scraped it - it kept bugging me that I did it. I'm happy that it's repaired now I can stop looking at it.
