Default C6 Auction Prices

Anyone here familiar with C6 auction prices? I'm looking for a 2006-newer C6, manual, Z51 with 30k miles or less. I have a friend who is hooking me up with some auction folks next week that will sell me car at auction price + 200 bucks.

Anyone know what a car like this might go for? Anywhere I could see a list of past auction prices?

Thanks

I would guess around $25-26 K for a very clean 06.

I'm a dealer who has been searching for a C6 for months. I finally bought an '05 last week in Atlanta. Right up my alley, needed a little paint work, has some miles on it, but very clean.

I'm into mine for under $18,000, but I would expect you will have to pay mid 20's for a 30k 2006.

The problem with buying one isn't getting the high bid, it's getting the seller to SELL it for you bid. I've bid on several, but the seller's (who are usually new car stores) basically want as much at auction as they would on their lot.

Out of curiosity, what code designates it has the Z51 package?

Its tough to find these cars at auctions, especially one that doesn't need any work or tires, etc. I just bought a mint 05 coupe, 6spd, 14k miles with exhaust and intake off a friend at the auction for 26,500 and that was cheap around my area. Its just tough to find low mileage well taken care of car at the auction. Most Dealers keep them for retail.

Z51 is the code...on the sticker on the inside of the glovebox door.
