Just realized I still have the original windshield washer fluid

I recently used my washer fluid and wipers a fair amount on a 4-day trip up north. We experienced a day or two of rainy weather. Everything worked great.
I suggested checking the fluid only because of the fact that dirt could potentially be a factor.

I suppose the BG judges will need to do a chemical analysis to determine if the original fluid or not...
When on a road trip, the washer/wipers will just smear the accumulated bugs making things worse so I always clean the windshield at a fuel stop. My Winter driven vehicles more than make up for the lack of washer use on the 'Vette.

I've never put any washer fluid in my 06 coupe. However, my dealer replenishes all the fluids for me when he services my car. I have probably used it enough to be needing some if it were not for that.

Maybe I should drain it for weight savings lol

Never used mine, so took the whole tank out. My tank held 1.5 gallons (measured after taking the sucker out)

My 06 still has original never used fluid as well. The wipers do work removing rain when needed. Zaino glass polish requires almost no use of wipers if you can maintain a speed above 35mph.

Bought my 05 last June and one of the most unpleasant things about it is that I think the previous owner just used water because whenever I have to use it, it really smells pretty funky. I have no idea how to clean it to try and get rid of the smell. Needless to say I don't use it often.

IC a new addition to the replacing the clutch fluid procedure. It will include sucking the fluid out because we would not want to use the water pump or get water on the car.

On 14 June 2010 the UK's Health Protection Agency announced the results of a preliminary study of 75 patients which found an association between the use of pure water as wiper fluid and Legionnaires' disease (which is spread by breathing in aerosolized bacteria from infected water), after noticing that prevalence of the disease was five times higher among professional drivers
