Have you considered super bright LED's? Just in case, here's some info:

Backup bulbs are 3157. All 3157s are the same, although silverstar 3157s by Silvania are advertised as brighter. Try 'em and let everyone know.
BTW, LEDs are NOT brighter than incandescent bulbs, but they will mess up your radio reception, even if they do look cool

The interference is caused not by the LED (light emitting diode) itself but by the circuit board that runs it. The amount of interference is much greater with the larger bulbs (3157 etc) but still exists in the small ones (168,212,562,etc).
The AM/FM antenna in a C6 is located inside the rear bumper cover. Close to tail lights and backup lights but not too close to the interior lights which are the small bulbs anyway. And a long way from the front DRL/turn signal/parking lights. I have not noticed any interference from my own LED interior lights or license plate lights but I have had it from LED backup lights. Is it a problem? Well, not too bad, unless you spend a lot of time driving backward listening to the radio.
Tail lights would be another story.Vehicles with conventional radio antennas on the front fender can experience interference from LED DRLs, parking lights, and front turn signals. I've even had the map lights in my truck affect weak stations sometimes.
Don't get me wrong, I love LEDs. I have them as interior and license plate lights on my Corvette and my truck. The brightest ones I have found are made up of 5mm SMD LEDs in various configurations but they are still not as bright as incandescent bulbs. Check the disclaimers on vendor websites such as Super Bright LED and Autolumination. I went back to regular incandescent bulbs for backup lights not because of the interference but to see better. If there is a brighter bulb available I'd like to know about it too.
