Default Corvette lowering

I am looking to lower my c6 vette. Trying to do this fairly cheap and not wanting to go too low. Ecklers has a kit 47870 that is simply 4 bolts that can lower the car up to 2 and a half inches that replaces the stock spring retainer bolts. They also have lowering bushings that can drop the ride height up to two inches 48719. Which of these options would be best? I am probably only wanting to drop about an inch. Any other suggestions?

You need nothing on the front, just screw them up. The rear will not lower it an inch, only about a 1/2".

The real expense is in the alignment, not the bolts.

If you're going aftermarket, Hardbar USA is the most recommended setup here.....stainless bolts and Delrin pads.

These are the only ones I would use.

In my opinion, all the others are junk.

Ok, I will probably go with hardbarusa....should I only lower the rear? Does it cause problems when you lower the front or do you just have to get an alignment?

I read a lot of posts here about aftermarket bolts, the only bolts that made the cut were Hardbar. I got the Hardbar bolts, a little pricy but top quality.
