For those that mentioned the ZR1 spoiler, I can confirm that the mounting locations (other than the four pre-drilled center location) are NOT the same. I just removed a full-length spoiler that came on my GS so that I could install a ZR1 spoiler. Wasnt a big issue, since the ZR1 spoiler covered up the original spoiler's mounting holes. Here's a post from someone who removed a full-length spoiler to install a ZR1 spoiler...has pics showing the different mounting locations;

I have the directions that came with my Z06. I've had f/w spoilers on both my '09 amd '10....there is NO DRILLING involved....was out in shop yesterday and came accross those in my Z's docs. Very easy to do.
Add: I had the spoiler that shipped from factory dealer installed which is on window sticker.
