I have a sticky steering wheel. I have tired goof off and other leather cleaners. I have tried different leather conditioners and have only achieved short relief. I think I would like to try a two tone (ebony and cashmere) steering wheel cover.
Has anyone found one for less than wheelskins? Is wheelskins $55.00 cover worth it?

They have the wheelskins one for 48.99 at pfyc.com the sponsor of this general discussion forum. There is $8 shipping so that may be the price you got. That is a pretty good price. I've not seen it in a vette but a buddy had one in his grand prix and it looked good and he liked it. I say it's cheap enough that you can try it and if you don't like it you can resell it here in the for sale section.
By the way I was only seeing tan as a choice close to cashmere and black closest to ebony, is there another site that lists vette specific colors?
The Wheelskin cover doesn't offer a cashmere color choice, only a sand color that definately doesn't match at all. If they offered a cashmere color I would buy one of their two tone covers with black sides and ventilated cashmere top and bottom sections to match the two tone seats of my optional two tone cashmere and ebony interior.
