Default LT Headers P0036 code issues

OK I know this has been beat to death but I have read every post about this code that came up in the search function. Here is my issue. I installed headers and hi flow cats which I know will kick this code, I am ordering a predator and getting the tune from Diablo but my 09 is knocking and eating gas like a pig and has no ***** at all of the line. I know it is lean but in the posts it says that this code cannot cause the lean condition, and according to OnStar that is the only code it kicks. Please advise soon and God Bless

When I had LT headers installed on my old Camaro, I got them tuned at the same time. About two weeks later, the bottom dropped out. No power, dumping fuel, sounded terrible. In my case, it was a fouled O2 sensor. The front (before cat) sensors were tuned out, but the rears were still intact and one of those went south, so the computer started dumping fuel. If you still have O2 sensors, I'd start there. You might need to either lengthen the cables or buy an extension harness.

The tune will definitely help, too.

I would check all the O2 sensors, also check all your plugs/wires. It's easy to unintentionally damage them when you are working with the headers. I had the EXACT same symptoms you are having when I put Long Tubes on my C5. Turns out we had criss-crossed the O2's sensors and plugged them in wrong. I also had cracked a plug as well
