Ok so I finally got it to work. Apparently rolling the windows down, stick in reverse, and dropping the top worked for me. I doubt the top had anything to do with it, but I was able to use the turn key method and reprogram my new fob. I'm now about to go and erase the known fobs so I can just have the two programmed that I have. Thanks for all your help.

I doubt the top did either, but these computer/cars are funny sometimes...you just have to try everything....glad it worked finally!

yea me too! Erasing and reprogramming the fob went flawless. Now it's time to work on this service engine light for the skip shift.

Default Have same problem

I get to the DIC code ready for Fob 3 but nothing happens when I insert the Fob or use the known fob. very frustrating
