Console project
I wanted to see if I would like a gloss black color on my console, gage cluster and wheel spokes. GM only offers the primary colors in the painted package, and carbon fibre. I didn't want to screw up my original console if it didn't work out so I purchased a used one to play with. I finally got around to painting it yesterday, still have a little work to do to it to polish out some dust that settled. Here are some pictures of before, and some in process pictures. I will install in a few days and take some more pictures and get opinions.

I was not thrilled with the dust that settled into the paint, so I wet sanded the entire console this evening with 2000 grit, and then carefully buffed it out. Here are the results. I have to re shoot the tombstone, I wasn't happy with the crap in it.[IMG]
