Default Quick question (waxing)

Just washed 2005 DSOM w/ Dawn and covered in garage. Can I get some ideas of best 'all in one' polish, sealant, wax? Not looking to spend 2 days Zaino-ing car (don't have the time). A few hours is doable. Car is not daily driver (8K miles) but would like it to shine w/ added protection.

Thanks guys.

http://www.meguiars.com/ Meguiars NXT, goes on easy and comes off easy. I use it on all my vehicles. It is a polymer wax, lasts longer then Carnuba 6mo vs 3mo. Good Luck.

Zymol.

After you do a fender for example, hit it with a light mist of water from a spray bottle and buff it again with a microfiber towel. It makes my black and also my red car really pop. It's pure carnuba and lasts 6 months or so.

Easy one step application would be Rejex will last at least 6 months and another great choice for a product off the shelf try Mequairs NXT 2.0. Both great, and easy.

I used NXT on my DSOM car last week. It's not too expensive and I like it. Real easy on and off. I'm thinking about trying rejex and wax later but the NXT works great for me right now.

not really....they are pushing their products, and there are some superior products out there in addition to what they offer and many folks on this forum that have used those products that can show real results

Use a Meguiar's Clay Bar kit, then put on the Meguiar's NXT Poly wax, liquid.

you will be satisfied with the results.

If you want the best, clay bar the vehicle, and then start applying Zaino.

I thank those that suggested Autogeek, we offer most of the best brands and really try to make car care fun and easy.

For AIO's there are four products that perform exactly as offered as considered "better" options.

1. Optimums Polyseal
2. Pinnacles XMT360
3. Duragloss 501
4. Klasse AIO

Each of these products have light cleaners, polishes and protection in one bottle. You can use any number of detail sprays of pure carnauba pastes to top (optional) as desired too.

Claying means everything, Try the Zaino AIO, after that you will want to put the Z5 or Z2 on it.

You know....its funny I was going to try to clay my car then I went to Bugmans website and he shows pics of 'clay-marred' paint and warns against claying your car.

I got spooked since the paint on my car is pretty good. Maybe I shouldn't have gotten scared away....

I guess I'm over thinking it.

Meguires NXT. Rejex sealant, Great staying power and shine..very easy on and off.

I highly recommend Autogeek website, lots of great info on the products available.

Claying the car is no big deal, its very easy to do...you just have to make sure you are using enough lubricant as you go along the surface. If you saw a car that was marred, that probably would mean someone was dragging the clay across the paint dry

If you want one step and to last a sealer like Rejex, Menznera or others like it will do the trick
