Mine was from GM / Goodwrench.
Called the GM 800 # for Goodwrench and they told me VIN on the card was for a truck I had purchased in 1990 (and sold in 1993). That dealer has been closed and I assume the card is to get me to go to another dealer.
After I told them I don't have the truck, they switched the card to my 08 Vette. Should receive new card in 2-3 weeks.
