Z06 bi-mode - cuz they are cheap. With the "muffler mod" - makes NPP sound for half the price

M2W - to control the sound how I want - when I want.

DMH cutouts - for when Z06 loud just isn't enough. I don't think there is an exhaust louder than this.

So I have soft, medium, and loud. All for about $900.

Stock with the muffler mod here.

Why? because I did myself for the cost of four clamps about 15 bucks.

Sounds good and added the mild2wild wireless switch for control when I want

A great "sound" is worth any amount of $$ to me and they all change with different mods. The NPP has never sounded good to me (plus I don't care for the clutter) and I personally have no desire for mine to ever be quiet. If I want "quiet" I take a different vehicle.

Kooks long tube headers, hi-flow cats and NPP. If you ever heard it you would know why.

NPP with headers. The frame rate is too slow on this vid, but you can get a good idea of how it sounds. Some wheel spin through second gear too.

Put on Corsa Sports after agonoizing about what I would do if my wife pitched a fit about the car being too loud if I put on Xtremes. Turns out she actually thought they weren't all that loud.

Now wish I had gone with the Xtremes.

I just replaced the stock mufflers on my 06 with Dynomax Race Bullet mufflers. Here is a sound clip.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rF9T-v70acI

I had SLP loudmouths on my 05. These are not as loud at WOT, but they are definitely louder than stock. I have not noticed any drone and my wife likes the sound.

I got these from Street Side Auto for $40 ea. Jegs & Summit sell them as well but I got free shipping from StreetSide. My total investment with install was $130. Well worth the experimentation. These are not stainless, they are aluminum.

This is not a system. It is 2 individual mufflers. I went to a muffler shop and had the original mufflers removed and these installed. The muffler shop charged me $50 for this service.

2 Dynomax Race Bullet mufflers @ $40 ea = $80 plus the $50 for install equals $130.
