I'm just new and would like to post a question. i have a set of chrome wheels that are off a 2008 corvette . The wheels are the original wheels that came with the car from the factory but they do not have any stamp marks on the back of the spokes or the hub. The rubber is off and there is a combination of numbers and letters on the inside of the wheel but no stamps at all on the wheel. I thought all wheels had speedline or gm stamped . Please let me know if these wheels are correct. Thanks
08 had two styles of chrome wheels, the Speedline made in Italy and the Super Alloy made in Taiwan (Gumby wheel). The Gumby wheel does not have a stamp, it has GM laser engraved.

FYI - The Gumby wheels in 2008 only came in polished aluminum.
I believe the chrome ones came in 2009.
i think chrome gumbys Q9V were available feb.08 or so...
You're right. I was mistaken.
I went back & did a little research on that.
They were first available in January or February of 2008.
They weren't available when I ordered mine in May of 2007.
