Emissions override, California (allows a dealer in states that require California emissions - California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island or Washington - to order Federal emissions for a vehicle that will be registered in a state that has Federal emission requirements). Since Corvettes are 50 State Emissions Legal, it's proof that we have too many people in government with nothing better to do than to complicate things, which, in the end, ends up with the product costing the consumer more.
I believe all it means is they put a different sticker in the engine compartment.
