I live in northern Minnesota and just got 10 inches of snow. The white stuff will stick around now until mid April so I won't be enjoying my Vette until then. I need you guys to continue to post threads about anything and everything. I really enjoy reading all the comments, problems, solutions to the problems, pictures, etc from people that can still enjoy their Vette. It keeps me going. Drive safe.

Reason: wrong numbers
No worries......a lot of us have to live vicariously through those living in better climates. There are plenty of members here who rub our noses in it all winter............
Yep, it is SOP for us northerners to live vicariously through the southern Vettes here during the winter....though sometimes they like to rub our noses in it.
You are like me, my car will not see the light of day until at least may, by may the cinders on the road are close to gone, and you stand a better chance of keeping the car nice.
It's 70 degrees at home, beautiful sunny day..... from what I am told. I'm 9000 miles away from my car!. At least you guys can go out to the garage and touch your babies. I won't get home until February.

I would have to move. No vette, no boat, no fun....... I can handle that kind of cold for a week or so if I'm heading somewhere to go hunting but no way could I live in that half the year.
We missed the heavy snow but had the ice last weekend and have snow forecast for tomorrow. Mine are covered and on 'life support' (battery tenders) until April, at least. I too look forward to the CF threads during our off-season; they are a substitute for the real experience we are denied...
I feel like a southerner compared to some of you northern folks with the snow already, Sunny and 46 deg.tomorrow , going for a cruise one more time before the rain comes on Thursday.
I feel your pain, I HATE snow, but I live in a suburb of Syracuse, New York, which just so happens to be the snowiest major city in the US, lucky me, lol. we get this funky phenomonon here called "lake effect snow", where winds usually from the west pick up moisture from nearby Lake Ontario, and dump in inland in the form of snow. Sadly, I did my last drive of the season Sunday, so the Grand Sport is officially out of service until the spring rains wash all that nasty salt away. It really sucks!

Eastern PA has been great so far. Seems like an extended season (knock on wood).
