My Vettes are under cover for 3-4 months, depending on the severity of our western winter, without a problem with the tires.

Mine is typically stored for 3 to 4 months.

Just put 42 to 44 lbs in the tires, gas stabilizer in the gas tank then fill it, baggies over the exhaust pipes, battery tender hooked up, and under a cover in teh garage.

At time of start-up, I pull the fuel pump fuse and then give 4 or 5 15 second bursts on the starter to get the oil moving. Then replace the fuse and fire it up. Of course, i pull the car cover and the baggies off first.

No problems so far.

Never knew of any permanent flat spotting with bias ply tires either. The old top of the line nylon tires would flat spot overnight and thump for a few miles every morning you drove the car but weren't any worse if if stored for long periods.

I stored my Vette for six months every year when we lived in Michigan. I did a thorough winterizing, and left it sit until spring. Never had a problem with tires or anything else. I usually put 40+ psi in the tires. Moisture and rodents are your biggest problems.

Because in the summer you are driving the car and heating up the tires, dissipating any moisture. It's not just sitting on cement for 3-4 months.
