Default Date night.

So the wife calls and says she want to go have dinner this eve and wants to take the vette since she knows i love taking it out. So what do you think it does .... Snow! No big deal, but I haven't driven my vette in the snow since my daily driver c4 back in 99. Anyway, we are getting unexpected snow in richmond.

Tomorrow we are supposed to get our 3rd snow in a week here in S. Jersey.

Just get a set of snow tires or chains.

Better weather will be here soon my friend.

Well, we were already out when it started snowing, got caught but made it home safe.... Just nervous. Just bought this as a replacement to my c5 2 weeks ago. Should have taken the tahoe.

We've got something coming by Monday morning. Snow, ice or a combination. Today (Saturday) looks good though. We'll be out in our's this afternoon.

I'm thinking about manufacturing a snow plow for Corvettes as an aftermarket option so you can drive year-round.

Mine came with a nice little rubber spring loaded plow right under the front bumper!

Today is a beautiful 55 degrees and clear and dry. I'm taking my Z06 today and doing my errands....tomorrow it's supposed to rain with a cold front approaching and we are expected to have snow with NO accumulation.....so I'm taking opportunity today...here in S.W. we get to drive our Vettes almost year around. 50% of time in winter at least....

When I lived in new Jersey I would put snow tires on me 78 vette and drive it all winter in the snow. Even took it from N.J. to fla and back one winter, 50% of the way in snow. Granted it had 70 series tires on it, it was really great in the snow as long as it was not too deep to cause the bottom of the car to start to drag in the snow. Now I would not even think of taking my Vette in the rain. By the way, drove the 78 vette for 5 years and got $200. less than I paid for it.

As long as there isn't enough to make driving dangerous I don't see the problem in driving a Vette in the snow. I did week before last.

I can't even imagine taking it out in the snow, I'm sure you have a different daily driver that will be much more suitable for the Winter.
