1LT, 2LT, 3LT and 4LT are Preferred Equipment Groups (PEG's)for the base Coupe and Convertible and the Grand Sport Coupe and Convertible.
The Grand Sport is a different model from the base car, with the same frame and drivetrain, but with the Z06 suspension, wheels, tires, brakes and wide body panels.
Z06 is an entirely different model with it's own frame and drivetrain, with equivalent PEG's of 1LZ, 2LZ, and 3LZ.

But to answer your question, yes these options do change somewhat from year-to-year, mostly because formerly optional features have become standard features on latter year models.
