I bought mine from that auction site. Basically the hockey pucks/eye bolt thing. I think they were about $15 so I can't complain. Discount tire just used them when they changed out my tires. They were impressed.

I got the pucks free from the local rink. When I asked, I was directed to a big bin of "practice pucks" that were scuffed-up a bit but otherwise in good shape. I grabbed 8 and asked how much. The guy said "just take 'em. We replace them periodically and throw the old ones away."
I doubled them up to make them taller, glued them together and ran a #4 eye bolt through.
Cost = about $1.89 for the eye bolts. I had the glue

That's true but the eye bolts hold the pucks in place. It makes jacking easier.
