Here are the pictures of the RPI Chin spoiler:
The spoiler is pure CF, feels like air... The box it was shipped in is very heavy, as Josh from RPI actually put an equal length, hard poster board on the outside of the box to ensure the box wouldn't be bent. In comparison to some of the other spoilers on the market, the bottom side isn't finished and flat. For my purposes (primarily looks), this is perfect.

Ok, almost as soon as I made the previous post, the doorbell rang. My sideskirts are here!
I cannot believe how fast Josh had them sent out and how quickly they arrived. Here they are:
These units have mass to them. They are very firm and look great. I stood the verticle extensions up so you would have an idea what it looks like together. I am glad Josh @ RPI was receptive to making the extensions in CF! They turned out great. Better than just black....

This price is good for a while. We will honor this price for you regardless, just let us know you saw them on here. Thanks
Is this pricing a special or your everyday price?
Reason I ask is I am getting ready to order some wheels and want to add these to the wifes corvette at the same time as a surprise to the wife. The wheels will be 6-8 weeks out from now before I get them. I don't want to have to hide these somewhere for that long and hope they don't get scratched.
Thanks

You can also PM us we'll get back right away.
You can get us on the phone most of the time, not always if we are building parts.

would it look odd to install the ZR1 side skirts in Carbon Fiber without anything else on the car CF? Have any pics? I have a C6 Full Widebody, Victory Red.

Mine are finally installed and I'm getting on the roads. Quick question: What is the best way to keep these clean and shiney? Same as paint (wash and wax)?

I forgot my camera, otherwise I would have. Yet, you don't need pictures really, it is THAT simple.
Steps:
1) Install the verticle extensions first.
--a) Remove the rear wheels and the one bolt in the rear-wheel inner fender.
--b) Place the verticle extension in the inner fender area, screwing in the one bolt you remove to hold it in place.
--c) Align the extension to how you want it to be mounted (for only one bolt is in place, the piece can rotate left/right).
--d) Drill pilot holes for the screw in the other 3 holes.
--e) Screw in the provided screws in the remaining 3 holes.
--f) Repeat on the other side.
2) Install the horizontal skirt piece (it is easier if you have a friend help)
--a) Remove the two bolts underside the rocker panels by the front wheels.
--b) Alignt he horizontal piece to the verticle piece; there are two holes that the screws from the backside of the verticle piece go through into the horizontal piece. Suggestion: use a Crown Bolt to mate to the screws. This will snug the horizontal and verticle pieces together.
--c) Put in the front two bolts back in, securing the horizontal skirt.
----- Now, the skirt is hung, but not secure. It most likely is bowing out as well. -----
--d) Have your friend push the skirt to the side of the car, where the final postiion lay. In the middle of the skirt were one of the 7 pre-drilled holes reside, use a drill and create a pilot hole in the rocker panel.
--e) Put the screw in this hole. Now you have three secure points and it should be snug up to the car by this point. Continue to apply pressure on the skirt (ensuring final layout), and drill the remaining pilot holes and put in the screws.
--f) Hand tighten the screws, not to over torque them.
Then you are done!
