Well here I sit sans Corvette. Beautiful sunny day in San Diego and my '05 vert is at the dealer awaiting diagnosis for what I believe to be shift lock.
Great weekend... 1st time I've seen my younger brother (from Michigan) in over 10 years and the shifter locks up. The airlines sent my brother's luggage to the wrong city and I broke my favorite coffee cup!

Guys quit sending snow to Florida it's warm here and it melts by the time it gets here. It pretty much rain all weekend here in Land O Lakes, Tampa. No ride this weekend for me.

Sorry to hear that. I always enjoy your posts and your Vette is just awesome. Its one of my fav's on the whole forum. I love the fact that you are happy with what you have and don't always talk about wanting something else. I know I'm guilty of that. How long til you get the Vette back? Don't worry about not being able to boast you've had no issues. At least its nothing too major. Well the above posts are correct. Everything comes in 3's so maybe you are due some good luck. Keep us posted.

Bad part is, my brother's a German car guy; always bragging about his Audi. I've been telling him how great my Corvette is for the last year so he flies out for a visit to get away from the Michigan/Chicago blizzard and to see this terrific car of mine - and the first thing it does is F%#k up!
