catch can install help
ok, bought the CCA catch can. Couple questions
1. It came with a bolt and spacer for the mounting bracket. No washer. Is this correct? It won't come loose from the block or whatever you've screwed it into?
2. I have an LS3. major pain getting it installed. If any of you have done an alternate install, monted the can anywhere else, please give me pic/suggestions. Not really happy with it wedged under the plastic valve covers. And of course, will have to remove it to drain it in that the bottom is sitting almost on top of the heater hoses.

Get with Willfulone, he will make sure all is well with your purchase.
I have an LS3 with a CCA catch can. Use the C5 bracket (ask for one) - this will help with your fuel rail covers being in the way.
Then, angle it back towards the fender wall until it clears both the rail covers and your hose lines underneath. You may need to move the hose lines a little bit (no need to disconnect, just push them out of the way). Also, note that you can adjust the height of the catch can in the sleeve to provide more clearance.
