Make sure you price your parts from them all the way to checkout. There parts prices are generally very good, there shipping and handling charges are generally very bad. Make sure when comparing them to anyone (GMPartshouse, Partstaxi or Fichtner for example among our great forum parts dealers) that you compare your total out the door cost.
Gene got me another one out from GM the next day with no questions asked. I paid a bit more but had I gone with GMPartsDirect, I would be fighting a huge headache right now. Good service may cost but it is worth its weight in gold if you ever have a problem.
I dont know whether to call this a complaint, but the part that I ordered has broke already, less than 2 years. Now, this could just be typical GM crap quality or maybe they get there parts from a crappy supplier.
