The first thing to try is the check the window index. A window that won't go up the last inch needs to have the index reset.
Power Window Initialize
After a power reconnect such as battery replacement,
the window index-up feature will not function until
the system is initialized.
Once power is restored:
1. Close the door.
2. Raise the window and hold the switch up for three
seconds after the window is closed.
3. Release the switch, then hold the switch up again
for three seconds and release.
This will let us see if the window is capable of moving full travel. Once we figure that out we can move on to the noises.
it does not roll up period, like leaving at least an inch GAP not just hte centameter that the indexing does.
and its binding/ doing something in side the door. and i cant even PULL it up when hitting ther button at the same time.

I would imagine that there is something else wrong based on the noise that you are hearing but a typical window regulator issue will prevent the window from moving at all, not just a little bit and since I can't hear what you are hearing it is harder to offer help. It is possible that something is lodged in to the window cavity and could simply be binding the window but that shouldn't cause the problem you are describing.
Do you notice any change to the speed or movement of the window other than the noise you are hearing?
i tried the window indexing and it does nothing casue it cant got to the top, BUT when i get home i will try again to be sure. but i tried that first thing thinking it was just that.
something else is up. you can hear something inthere doing somethin worng. also the tint is now got a nick in it...
its the cabels in the window regulator that are making the odd noise.
dealer was 708 list for the motor, regulator, and window/lock module....... HOLY ****
616 with a discount and 450 if i give him a business name.
but still OMG thats alot for a power window motor.
the speakers are pretty impressive though,
