please read!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1. You dont wait 3 months to bitch about product and then demand a refund.
2. If you do wait 3 months and demand a refund because you claim that the product is not what was described or is damaged in some way, why would you refuse to return the product to the orginal owner?
The fishy smell isnt coming from the OP here, sorry.........
Also im going to agree with another comment I read, who the hell has a 3 month return policy?
Here is an example for you... I purchased a set of CCW wheels from a member here on the board last month, picked them up in person, at night and took the guys word for it that they were flawless. They wernt, they had staining and scratching and needed to be refinnished. Do you see me bitching about it and crying? No, because it was 3 weeks before I even noticed it. And i gaurantee they were a whole lot more expensive then these.
Rediculous
from November:
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-p...nt-wheels.html.
I'm sorry this is happening to either of you.
I bought the wheels and had to wait to get money for tires as they cost quite a bit.
Went to get them mounted, the tech at DTD said both fronts were bent.
I asked for a refund and would ship back at my cost.
Seller repeatedly refused.
I paid $250 for the repair of both front wheels. I have the receipt which I had to provide to my credit card company.
I did a dispute with my credit card for the $220 and they refunded me.
I feel I did nothing wrong.
Also dude you might want to mention the way you talked to me and threatened me. And my response about being in combat zones was in response to your threats. I did not brag about killing anyone. I said I have been in the real **** and seen people go down so I am not really scared by your tough guy act.
That is all I will say. Enjoy your 10 minutes.

I’ve left some that are in conflict with the rules …
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/foru...questions.html
… to address a continuing conflict which some users perpetuate without letting the facts deter them.
2. When disputes arise between users and vendors, Corvetteforum is typically not in a position to determine who is right and who is not. We have seen some instances where a vendor was wrong and some instances where the customer was wrong. We encourage the parties in a dispute to work together offline to resolve their conflicts and, when requested, will try to facilitate a resolution that works for both sides in the conflict. When that fails, we ask the parties involved to post a factual account of the unresolved dispute as per site rules: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/foru...-disputes.html
3. We do not allow bashing of vendors by third-parties who have not done business with a vendor. Since they have no first-hand experience with the vendor, their online comments would be unfair and suspect of a hidden agenda.
4. When, through the posting of unresolved dispute threads, a pattern emerges that indicates a vendor has not offered quality parts, service or customer relations, we remove those vendors from the site. Fortunately, that isn’t necessary with most supporting vendors on the site, but we have removed several dozen vendors through the years and have assisted at least one Forum member in successfully prosecuting a vendor in court.
The Internet is a big place. We don’t presume to have any control or influence over what takes place anywhere other than Corvetteforum, where we feel a strong obligation to maintain the site as a fun and friendly place for Corvette enthusiasts to spend time. We have a strong sense of fair play, trying to treat users with civility and respect even when those values are not reciprocated.
