Too many problems!!!!!!!!!!!

i say first

also on the brake noise.......
If you drive your corvette like a Cadillac you will get noise sooner or later. The fix...... Make a harder stop once in a while. This will usually fix

I complained about the nasty brake squeal in my '05 and was told "it's normal." Luckily my '08 has never suffered this problem.
The brakes in my 2011 Audi Q7 squeal, and they also say "it's normal."
The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
I think many of us buy the corvette so we DON'T have to modify it and lose the warranty. It's fast enough and handles well enough in stock form to be enjoyed and have peace of mind. That was my appeal..
No time for mods, just barely enough time to enjoy as is

I flew out and picked up my 06 vette at the NCM and was driving it back home.
On the way home I got hailed on within 5 hours of buying the car. Then proceeded to drive through 3 major hail storms in the Midwest. The crank sensor went out within 700 miles and no dealership had one. The car would die every 100 miles or so due to the bad sensor, had to pull over, pause and re-start. Drove through a major snowstorm, drove down 6000 feet to 2000 ft. in the mountains and the car died, coasted most the way, no place to pull over and re-start, freakin joy.
And that was just the start.
Months later had a broken valve spring, plugged cats, bad end links, flying roof, P/S leak. SAH and STC electrical gremlins, BCM, ECM, etc. Months of being in the shop overall.
Should have traded it off when I got home if I knew what I was going to go through with this POS. But it's paid for and I'm looking at a C7 when they come out, I'm insane.
It's been 4 months since it has been home without being in the dealership, but I haven't been driving much either.
I still get a smile every time I drive it.
