Just watched the salt truck go through, God I hate March in the Northeast. Warm, cold, rain, cold, freeze, sleet, warm, flooding rains, freeze, salt, warm, cold. There's always
April.

They just love to salt the roads. Here at Manheim, Pa. they just put a little salt at some intersections. You can drive and miss these areas. They are predicting more rain later this week, hopefully should wash the salt away.

I hear ya, we got that same Crap here in IL this past weekend, although they don't have appeared to have thrown more salt for some reason which is great.

March is the toughest month cuz it does start to warm up, it rains but then snows again and goes back and forth and you get spring fever.

Have not driven my car since the week before thanksgiving

yep... this is the TEASER month for sure! Yesterday at noon it was 54 degs and this morning 22 degs with snow and ice! The salt trucks were out in full force with their load of chemical soup. That crap must do wonders for the underground water supply? NOT! If people had HALF brain it wouldn't be necessary to salt down to the pavement but it is.. what it is!

Keeping mine plugged in until I'm sure we're going to have some decent driving weather....

April can be and often is worst weather wise than March.

In fact every year a lot of MLB games wind up getting postponed because of snow and or cold temps.

Unfortunately in the northeast the weather doesn't really start to get good until May.

Unfortunately you are right I remember many a first day of trout season in PA, which is the second Saturday in April, standing in snow squalls and low 30 degree temps. I don't care so much about the cold, it's the crap they put on the roads that drives me crazy. We get some rain and about two weeks without any type of frozen precip and the roads just get clear enough to take the vette out and then bam, sleet or freezing rain.

I do not miss the BOS weather and enjoy driving the Corvette 12 months a year rather than looking at it for 5 months in the garage in BOS.
Have already had several topdown days with the new GS.

My driveway was finally clear of ice for the first time since January. Didn't even last 24hrs.

Same happened here in Toronto - it rained for two days and washed all the crap away - then it snowed 2+ inches Saturday night and we are back to where we were....
