The brake light relay is under the passenger floor board, mine clicks when i step on the brake. Could be what she hears. Get in the car by yourself, start the GS and press and release the brake a few times with windows closed , if it is the relay you will hear it.

Default Simple fix
Stop the car.
Tell her to get out.
Drive around the block.
See if she still hears it.
Bet you it will be gone!!
