I pulled my car out for the first spin with the good weather and after some good driving, came home and put her back to bed. The next day, I pulled it out for a washing and noticed some yellowish liquid under the front of the car. I checked all the fluids, and nothing appears to be the same as what was on the floor. All fluids seem to be full as well. Any thoughts on what it may be? Much appreciated.

Thanks- no it did not dry- the color looks like what used to be used as anti-freeze (now its the reddish-pinkish color anti-freeze)
If it did not dry then it could be oil of some kind (depending on your humidity). Try rubbing between your fingers and smelling it. Could it be the power steering fluid, did you check the level (I think you already did)?
Thanks- I checked the fluid and it was ok. That said I noticed the side was slightly damp with a similar fluid. Maybe the cap came loose while driving. Thanks for the help.
