Default Front bumper = Bug magnet

My front bumper seems to have a magnetic charge with bugs of all types and is rapidly getting creamed. What products do you use to clean this off when a full wash isn't needed?

I'm trying to get info on having paint protective film installed but what should I do in the mean time?

Thanks,

I treat my front bumper with Rejex.
Just a squirt with a detail spray & the bugs wipe right off.

For those detailing freaks out there....
I use Rejex (best "anti-stick") on the clear bra and wheels, and Zaino (best shine) everywhere else.

If you don't get them while they're fresh you need to soak them until they soften up. I normally use Meguiars Quik Detailer.

Rejex - takes 2 minutes to clean when you get home and it lasts

I've got the Zaino line of products, love them, but is Rejex sold at automotive stores or ordered online?

I use a product called "Bug Slide" that I purchase from the local Harley Davidson dealer. The stuff works great for taking off the bugs and leaves a very slick, polished surface. You just spray it on and wipe it off (with the bugs) with a microfiber towel.

I started using Zaino recently and now all I have to do is (carefully) wipe the bugs off with a
damp microfiber cloth. The rear of the car is less dusty too.

I normally use Zaino for the shine. When going on a road trip, I use Rejex on the leading edges (front end and mirrors) for the bugs.

Rejex is awsome. Bugs come off with the hose. I have been topping the Rejex with Pinnacle Souveran.

Yes, that is good stuff. But, most bug and tar removers will also remove Zaino, Rejex and other car waxes at the same time. That is why I only use water to remove the bugs.

I have Ventureshield Ultra installed. It works great, but a certain kind of bug (yellow) has managed to lightly stain it in a few places.

Ideas? or just replace the Ventureshield in a few years when it becomes unsightly?
