Need a little more info... Is the noise when are you moving, sitting still or both? Can be very different problems based on when you are hearing it.... What kind of noise? Squeaking, rattle.. etc.... again different causes for different noises.... Was the car stored for the winter? A wide variety of possibilities so it helps to supply more info for educated guesses here...

Does it only happen while driving?
If so, take a length of masking tape and tape the plastic windshield wiper blade cover to the windshield and go for a drive again.
If the noise goes away it is being caused by air passing between the plastic wiper cover and windshield. I fixed mine by putting a small bead of clear silicone underneath the wiper cover glueing it to the windshield. Easily removed later. Mine was also on the passenger side. I didn't glue the entire cover, just about 18" on that side.
