Based on previous posts on this topic, I believe the answer is no. The OEM NAV does not have the needed RCA inputs for a camera. I think Talon posted info that internally the circuit for the input is on the system board of the radio, just not implemented. Would probably cost a bit and then some to get a custom integration and even that may not be possible.
I am interested in some sort of backup camera as well. I wonder if one of the GM vehicles with camera screens in the rearview mirror would work? I used a GMC Envoy as a loaner while my Vette was getting the Dupont service and the Envoy had one. Probably too big though eh? And where would the camera go?
I believe that the stock unit has no additional a/v input, so you have to jailbreak the unit, which voids the warranty. It's not that great a unit anyway, especially if you use an iPod or iPhone. I just got a very nice Pioneer, which works well with my iPhone. I'll be selling the stock unit, along with a nice, new set of DVDs. You might try a Kenwood, as I know some owners enjoy them. Their iPhone integration was not as good, however, so the Pioneer was the choice for me.

I've wondered about that also. We would need somehting with wiring that matched properly, and i would want the maps lights in the mirror, like stock.
The only other choice, with the factory nav, seems to be the Lockpick system which works well but requires careful replacement of a cable in the Nav Radio, and voids the warranty.
They do backup camera displays in sunvisors now too....While flipping down the visor to reverse wouldn't be the most seamless thing in the world, it does seem like a low-impact way to install a camera without a significant amount of work/imagination.

I have a feeling that will be coming as an option sooner than we think.
