Default Mike The Powdercoater Strikes Again!!

Hey Guys...

I had Mike the Powdercoater, Corvette Pilot, re-do my Z06 calipers in ZR1 Blue to go along with the Chrome ZR1 take-offs I'm putting on in a couple of weeks. As per his usual standard I think they came out freakin' sweet! Below are some pics. I'll post more once I have the new wheels and other mods on (ZR1 splitter, Spoiler and a bunch of RPI stuff and Halltech CF102).

Nicely done.

Be sure to let us see 'em with the wheels on.

Should look great.

Mike is now RETIRED....................

1) What Powder Coat COLOR and What Brand Is the above ZR1 Caliper ???

2) I have read elsewhere on the Forum about people having a difficult time
getting the pistons installed thru new seals.....Any experience here ???

I'm using old threads on the same subject that Im currently wanting to learn about
and people have the time to give me grief about using an old thread.........

I just spoke to a Corvette friend in Nashville who said he's had several sets
of Z06 Calipers Powdercoated where they left ALL the seals and guts intact
and the heat of the oven didnt hurt the OE Rubber Parts....
He had drained the fluid and plug the misc holes.
