CACC Corvette Weekend in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Are you going?

Thursday, April 14 Registration – Austin Hotel Mezzanine – 5pm – 8pm (305 Malvern Avenue)
Early Bird Party – Austin Hotel Ballroom – 8pm – 10pm
o Light Hors D’oeuvres, Live Music & Door Prizes
Friday, April 15 Registration – Austin Hotel Lobby – 8am – 3pm (305 Malvern Avenue)
o On Site Registration Fee – $85 includes 2 Catfish/Chicken Lunches Saturday &
Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, soft drinks & frozen desserts at Magic Springs Amusement Park
o Each additional car $25
Poker Run – Austin Hotel Mezzanine – 8:00am – 5:00pm – Winners to be announced Saturday
at the Corvette Show in Summit Arena.
Corvettes on Display in the Hot Springs Mall – Friday & Saturday.
Cannonball Run – leaves at 9:30am & Scenic Tour leaves at 9:30am – Starting Point –
Convention Center Parking Lot go East on Convention Boulevard and the staging area will be
the last parking lot on your left before you get to Highway 70.
Apple Blossom Handicap – Oaklawn Park – if you had reserved your seats the tickets are in
your packet. We have reserved 40 parking spaces at the north end of the track, meet Sharon
Russell at the Transportation Depot (100 Broadway Terrace) at 11:00am and she will lead you
to the track parking.
National Park Parade (through downtown Hot Springs) – Starts at the Convention Center ends
at Magic Springs – staging at 3:30pm in the last parking lot on your left when going East on
Convention Boulevard, the parade leaves at 4:00pm ‐ there is a map your registration packet.
o Magic Springs Amusement Park – Burgers, Dogs, the fixings, soft drinks, frozen
desserts, and a cash bar (beer & wine) – 5:00 pm – 7:30pm
Wheels – Pipes & Smoke – Magic Springs – 7:00pm – bring your chairs.
Saturday, April 16 Registration – Summit Arena – 7am – 10am (134 Convention Boulevard)
Corvette Show – Summit Arena (8am – 3pm) Vettes can start moving in at 6:00am.
o Indoor & Outdoor Parking (first registered first served)
o Vendors inside or outside of Summit Arena
Live Auction – Summit Arena – Starting at 10:45am – 1 item Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Cliff
Lee autographed Philadelphia baseball jersey.
Silent Auction – Summit Arena – 8am – 12:00pm ‐ WHEN YOU BID THINK OF THE CHARITIES!
Lunch – our traditional Catfish Young’s at the Transportation Depot 11:45am – 1:00pm a
shuttle bus will be provided making roundtrips from Summit Arena (Church Street entrance –
where the corvettes drive in for the show) to the Transportation Depot from 11:30am to
1:30pm or you can take a four minute walk.
Awards – 2pm
On your own in Hot Springs enjoy all the city has to offer.

Coffee factory last week, drag races last weekend, a club meeting last night and the annual show the 14-16th. These CACC events are wearing me out.
