Default Floor mat question

I'm thinking about buying some mats with the loga on em. The mats from the forum store appear to be a different shape than my OEM mats. My mats don't have the notches on the bottom. The description of the new mats does say "hooh and anchor". Anyone have experience with these? Will they lock into the posts on the floor of my 2006?

There are or were two types of carpet fasteners the Hook and Anchor, and Post. Not sure when they changed from one to the other but you must order mats with the same type fastener system you have or they will not fit.

LLoyds are the only floor mats to buy. They fit better than the factory mats and look great.

The change from Post to Hook and Anchor happened during the 2007 model year.

Just ordered and recieved a Lloyd's floor mat and cargo mat bundle from Southerncarparts. Very nice. Use the link, choose the post option if your car was built before May 2007.

Great color, by the way.

The "hook and anchor" floormats will NOT work with your Corvette, as you said it was an 06 model. If you order the Lloyds mats from Southern Car Parts as recommended above, you will get to specify that you need the "post" method, and you can also choose your logo or logos.

The Lloyds mats ARE a different shape than the OEM's, and that is because they are larger and offer more uniform coverage of the footwells. They are a great fit!
